The project of reconstruction of an individual dwelling house with the area of 460 sq.m. The house is located in a picturesque area near the Bear Lakes in the Moscow region.
The reconstructed house fully reflects the lifestyle and preferences of its owners. The project provides for the reconstruction of an existing residential building with an attached two-light volume, which is supposed to accommodate a living room and a wine room. The facades of the house are made in the style of modern classics.
The interiors of the residential building are made in a modern minimalistic style. A harmonious space with natural coverings of wood, stone, metal and glass is created. High stained-glass facade structures create an airy and light space filled with light.
